The last few summer weddings of the year are here and a new rhythm is being felt at Legacy Hill Farm.
Fall is coming.
Preparations around the property are already well underway.
Patio heaters are being prepped
Propane tanks are being filled
Warm summer wedding days are being savored
And we are busier than ever…
At Legacy Hill Farm our entire wedding season (from start to finish) is known as busy season, but September and October are an entirely different ball game.
More weddings happen in September than in any other month.
And with more weddings…come fewer days available to host tours.
At Legacy Hill Farm we do not host tours on wedding days because one of our core values is to hold space for the couple getting married on each wedding day.
We want our team to be fresh to serve the couple getting married.
We want the spaces to be clean and prepared for the wedding.
We want the privacy of the couple getting married to be respected.
Which makes the competition for our very limited September and October tour spots high…especially because engagement season is also knocking on our door…
The Engagement Season Boom
Fall kicks off engagement season…and it’s a big deal.
According to Wedding Wire, 40% of wedding engagements happen each year from November - February.
However, at Legacy Hill Farm we are finding that “engagement season” keeps creeping earlier and earlier into the fall.
Which means, we’re about to see a bunch of engagements and a new wave of couples searching for their dream wedding date at Legacy Hill Farm. (read all about how engagement season works here)

There are two different ways to tour Legacy Hill Farm in person.
In-Person Tour: Experience all the unique spaces at Legacy Hill Farm in-person with one of our Venue Managers as your guide. We can’t wait to show you around! Book a tour online here. Tours in the fall are available on select weekdays. Evening tours are in extremely high demand.
Open House Tour: On select dates, open-house-style tours are offered. Drop-in to visit, and we’ll be available to chat and answer your questions. RSVP here and we’ll have a complimentary beverage ready for you!

Our booked couples get access to all of our Open Houses!
Booked couples simply reserve their spot at any of our upcoming Open Houses here. We typically host one Open House per month.
Couples love that they have a way to frequently get back on the property, plan out their wedding, and get their personal questions answered by our team at these Open House events.
Our couples use these Open Houses as date experiences for just the two of them to enjoy and as opportunities to show close family and friends their wedding venue.
