We don't hide our inventory from you. You shouldn't have to inquire and wait for an email response in order to find out what dates are available or what our prices are. You ought to be able to view dates, prices, and book your wedding venue as easily as you can a hotel room or flight.

No necessary or mandatory add-ons.
Our standard venue rental includes everything you need. We have no hidden costs. Additional access hours are the only thing we offer beyond our rental fee for an additional cost. We do not require common venue add-ons, such as:
A ceremony package
Professional day-of-coordinator
Security provider (already included in all packages)
Parking
Coat Check
Tables & Chairs

No additional fees.
Our venue rental packages never include added fees. When you book at Legacy Hill Farm, you won’t find these extra fees, which are commonly added at wedding venues:
No credit card fees
No venue service fee
No ceremony fee

Vanessa Lee
No damage deposit.
Instead of collecting a damage deposit, we take a card on file to cover liability for incidentals, excessive cleanup, and/or damages. The additional benefit this provides is that clients are able to charge items to their card on file such as: gift shop products, wine, champagne, pastries, coffee, etc. to make their day more stress-free, flexible, and enjoyable.

No food & beverage minimums.
Whether you're having a small or large wedding, when it comes to the food and beverages you want at your wedding, you can plan the catering and drinks as you desire, to fit your needs and budget, because we do not require food and beverage minimums. We have catering partners with delicious, actually affordable catering options to choose from.
