We believe transparency is a must.

YOU should have complete clarity about what is included with YOUR venue rental.

We have no surprise fees in our rates. You will not have to pay us anything beyond the venue rate. There is no security deposit, no cleaning fee, no credit card fee, and most of all, no service fees — all of which are commonly added at the end of your purchase in the venue rental industry. Everything you see in the list below is included in the rate shown on the selected date in our booking calendar. We do offer special add-ons for desired optional services and perks, which are also listed below, but everything you need for an incredible occasion is included.

Additional Details

  • To keep it smooth and easy for you to plan, we have catering providers with three delicious options to choose from, including an organic choice. Learn more here. Inquire for late night pizza options. Couples may bring in their own desserts.

  • Decor: Legacy Hill Farm provides a beautiful setting for our clients to be able to enhance with decor if desired. Please inquire for decor restrictions and recommendations. All hanging installations must be installed and removed by a licensed professional.

  • All events are required to obtain event insurance. Legacy Hill Farm provides couples with the information they need to easily get this set up.

  • At Legacy Hill Farm there are no hidden extra fees. Instead of collecting a damage deposit, we take a card on file to cover liability for incidentals, excessive cleanup, and damages. The additional benefit this provides is that clients are able to charge items to their card on file such as: gift shop products, wine, champagne, pastries, coffee, etc. to make their day more stress-free, flexible, and enjoyable.

  • Ample free on-site parking is available. Depending on the guest count Legacy Hill Farm may recommend shuttle services for your event.

  • Two private suites are available for getting ready for your big day. Suite 1 is located on the second level of the granary and includes a restroom and private balcony. Suite 2 is located in the cottage with a TV and deck.

  • Legacy Hill Farm will provide tables and chairs for up to 295 guests. Additional seating also included: Adirondack chairs at the fire pit, bistro tables and chairs at the patio, high top tables with stools at the bar, and benches throughout the property.

  • We have staff on our team that can provide security service for your event free of charge. Our staff will help monitor your event and take steps to notify and elevate any issues. You may be required to contract an outside security vendor based on the size of your event, additional security needs, or the availability of our security staff. You also have the option to contract out private security for your event for an increased level of security if desired.

We also understand that you may have a unique vision for your day. To meet that end, we offer customizations in our Shop that go above and beyond a standard package to add some unique perks to your day.
