Your team of vendors should pull into the large parking lot when they arrive and connect with our venue manager.
Be sure to know your contracted arrival time. You will not be admitted prior to that time due to staff preparing for your day.
Anyone who arrives early should wait in the parking lot for the venue manager to open the property.

Candles: Permitted with protected flame only
Floral/Draping Installations: Must be approved by the venue
Glitter, Confetti, and Loose Artificial Flowers: Not permitted
Choose decor, greenery, & florals that will not blow away or tip due to breezy conditions.

Outdoor Ceremony Site/ Outdoor Amphitheater

Ceremony Aisle Length from Doors to the Front: 63'
Design Logistics: 11 rows of seating down center aisle. No adhesives can be stuck to the benches, including 3M command hooks. No nails, tacks, or any other item can be pushed into the benches.
Sound Logistics: 2 electrical outlets are located to the right of the arch. Sound system and microphone are not provided by the venue.
Loose Petals: Real petals may be thrown down the center aisle. However, they must be cleaned up immediately following the ceremony.
Decorating the Arch: You must provide your own ladder to decorate. An 8’-10’ ladder is recommended. All decor and florals must be removed following the ceremony. Nails, screws, tacks, and other items may not be pushed into the arch. Zip ties can be used.
Arch Dimensions: Left Post - 9.1' height to cross beam | Right Post - 9.5' height to cross beam | Both posts extend 2.1' above the cross beam
Cross Beam: 14' total length | 9.4’ between posts | 5.5' wide

Clean Up
Outdoor Amphitheater: Please take down all arch decor. Clean up any petals, decor, and garbage that may have been left behind. We recommend doing this before sunset.
Pavilion & Grounds: Place all garbage and recycling in appropriate containers. If garlands or greens are being tossed, they should be placed in the green trash can behind the dumpsters for compost.
Suites: Please throw away all trash and leave the spaces as they were found upon arrival.
Installations: Installations should be taken down by the same vendor that installed them.
Please clean up and remove everything that was brought onto the property. Thank you for helping us keep Legacy Hill Farm beautiful for all who gather here!
